KIIRUS Easy Return Policy
When a return query is raised, then KIIRUS will authenticate the return and investigate the product by communicating with the buyer. When the issue is confirmed, then the return process will initiate and we will pick up the order from the customer ourselves.  Always ensure before accepting the order that the packet is not damaged if a packet is in damage condition don’t accept the packet and immediately inform KIIRUS at [email protected] Or call us at +91-8287588913. If you received a damaged or faulty product then you have to notify KIIRUS in 48 Hours of working days after receiving the order. If you are failing to notify in 48 hours KIIRUS will not be liable for failure to return or replace the order. The product should be returned in proper or original packaging and with the original invoice. The prepaid order will be refunded within 5-7 Days through online bank transfer or via UPI. COD order will be refunded in a bank account or UPI in your account.

Q: What should I do if receiving the wrong product?
A: If you receive a wrong product you have to notify us at [email protected] or WhatsApp number +91-8287588913 within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will communicate with you with images and videos (if necessary video call), then we will confirm the order. After confirming the order successfully, we will arrange the return pickup ourselves. In this case only replacement is applicable. No refund will be issued in this case. After receiving back the product we will replace the product.

Q: If I doesn’t like the product quality, can I return the product to KIIRUS?
A: If the description or images doesn’t match with the received product, then we will refund the amount completely. If the description and images are all fine, and the customer doesn’t want the product, then he will have to bear the return charges himself. If we receive the wrong or damaged product in return, then no refund will be initiated.

Q: If I no longer need the product?
A: In this case, you can refuse the delivery. If you decide that you don’t want the product after receiving the product, then you have to bear the return charges.

Please notify KIIRUS of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, KIIRUS shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

KIIRUS is committed to 100% user satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, you can return the product to us within 7 days from the delivery date with original packing.

Cancelation by KIIRUS

KIIRUS reserved all the rights to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The situation may include cancelling your order due to the unavailability of the product, quantity ordered from you, delivery pin-code is non-serviceable, or error in pricing information. We will notify you with appropriate reason.

Cancelation by User

In any request for cancellation of any order, KIIRUS reserves all rights to accept or reject any request in any case. If we receives a cancellation request and the order has not been processed yet, we will refund you 100% amount.
